NEXUS TRAINING 2010

As part of the Nexus commitment to ongoing training initiatives, 2010 will see Nexus offering training specifically designed for counsellors who want to develop their practice skills and knowledge. We will be doing this in conjunction with approved and accredited courses validated by examining bodies such as A.Q.A. and O.C.N.

C.B.T. Level 5 Certificate

Commencing in January 2010 we are offering a Level 5 certificate in C.B.T. which is validated by A.Q.A. and can, if desired, form a module to a degree in counselling offered by the University of Nottingham.

Short Training Programmes

Nexus is also continuing to offer short training programmes for practitioners in working with Childhood Sexual Abuse and current Sexual Violence. As the lead agency in Northern Ireland specialising in this subject area for twenty-five years you can learn from our experience and trust in our expertise.

These short courses are designed to meet your C.P.D. requirements while enhancing your skills and opening you to another avenue of work which all experienced clinicians know you cannot avoid.
